1. Introduction
Welcome to DreamTimetables App ("the App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and the purchase of digital products. By accessing the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App. By using the App, you warrant that you are at least 16 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, unless another age is specifically set out in the law of the user's Country.

4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

5. School Timetables Purchases

a. Purchase Process
By purchasing school timetables, you agree to the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of purchase. All sales of school timetables are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified under the "Refund Policy" section.

b. License to Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the school timetables for school, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of school timetables may result in account termination and legal action.

c. Delivery
School timetables will be sent to your registered email address and accessible via your account after successful payment. We strive to ensure immediate access, but delays may occur due to technical issues. Contact us on support@isinamuva.com and provide the timetable reference number if you experience any unreasonable delays.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR), and taxes may apply. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors, and by providing your payment details, you agree to their terms of service.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued unless proof is produced that the purchased feasible school timetables were not received. Any refund requests should be made within 48 hours of purchase as per the timestamp in the payment receipt from the payment service provider.

NOTE: A feasible timetable set is one that schedules all the lessons that were provided by the app user, has no teacher conflicts, has no class conflicts, maintains coherence of subgroup or subject combination lessons, and maintains coherence of co-teaching lessons.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including digital products, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Isinamuva Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.

9. Restrictions
You may not:

Modify, or copy any school timetables purchased from the App, and the invoice generated by the App.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the App.
Use the App in a manner that violates any local, state, national, or international law.
Independent timetable assistants may not resell the timetables beyond the price that is recommended by Isinamuva in the invoice generated by the App.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
Isinamuva will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or the digital products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
